To that end, we will transmit the personal data necessary for credit checking, and will use the information received to determine the statistical probability of payment default. The credit data may include credit scores calculated on the basis of scientifically approved mathematical/statistical methods. In this process, a wide range of criteria, such as a customer's income, address, profession, marital status, and payment history, will be applied to indicate the risk of the customer defaulting on payments in future. The result is indicated in the form of a so-called credit score. The information obtained in this way will form the basis of our decision on the establishment, execution or termination of a contractual relationship. The option to select one of the payment methods offered will not be dependent on such information however.

 

4. Disclosure of data / Use for specific purposes

We will only disclose personal data to third parties where necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations, in particular in order to execute a contract. We will not disclose personal data to third parties except for the aforementioned purposes of contract and payment execution.

If you provide us with personal data based on your explicit prior consent, we will use the said data only for the purpose stated in the consent you have given. We will store your personal data only for as long as necessary in order to fulfill the stated purpose of collecting it, or for as long as the law stipulates. You may revoke your consent at any time.

5. Statistical analysis of visits to this website

If you do not wish this, please advise us accordingly in your application e-mail. We can accept no liability for any unauthorized viewing of your application documents by third parties in the course of transmitting unencrypted e-mails.
